BSN NO Xplode FAQ/Benefits

BSN NO-Xplode has many great benefits for exercises. When taking any new supplement, you should understand the effects. The bottle of NO Xplode claims to boost energy, increase strength, muscle pumps, and vascularity but what do these things actually mean?

BSN NO Xplode boosts energy:

I went to visit my brother at college and got in at about 10pm. I took some NO Xplode to get a little energy for a late night workout. Usually I workout in the morning around 7 or 8, so the caffeine in NO Xplode helps me get out of bed and into the gym.

BSN NO Xplode increases strength:

NO Xplode’s proprietary blend of vitamins, caffeine and a little creatine all work together to help you push through difficult workouts. By helping you complete that one or two extra reps, NO Xplode will improve your strength.

BSN NO Xplode increases muscle pumps:

By allowing you to give that extra push, BSN NO Xplode will give you an extra pump. You will feel more filled out after lifting. The added creatine will aid muscle recovery and growth.

What is vascularity?

When you look at bodybuilders, they always have well defined muscles with popping veins. The blend of vitamins in NO Xplode will improve blood flow, allowing for increased vascularity.

Now that you understand the benefits of BSN NO Xplode, you can take the supplement and know what to expect… Results!

NO Xplode Review: First Use

I still remember the first time I took BSN NO-Xplode. I was looking at colleges in NC and went to Duke to visit my brother. We, of course, like to workout, but it was pretty late when I met up with him, probably about 11pm.

I was sitting in his room on the bunk and noticed an interesting red tub- BSN NO Xplode. He explained that it was a new pre-workout supplement he’d been taking for a couple months to give him a boost before hitting the gym.

He told me BSN- NO Xplode contains a variety of vitamins, a little creatine and some caffeine for a little spike of energy. That’s just what I needed to get in the zone for a late night workout.

The BSN NO-Xplode bottle suggests a serving of 1-3 scoops, but the first time I went with ¾ of a scoop. It takes a little while to set in, but after 20 minutes or so, I was ready to hit the gym.

We started with the bench. I hadn’t benched in awhile but I felt stronger. The BSN NO-Xplode helped push me through a complete workout, while maintaining my strength and energy.

Following the workout, I felt bigger, more muscular. BSN NO-Xplode claims to produce “bigger pumps,” and I can say from first-hand experience that it works.

Without BSN NO-Xplode, there is no way I would have completed such a difficult lifting session this late at night. When I got home, I ordered a bottle of BSN NO-Xplode for myself.

How to Take NO Xplode

As with any supplement, it is important to take BSN NO Xplode properly. Even if you don’t, you will still feel the effects but not to the optimum level that you could expect from this pre-workout supplement. First off, do not take NO Xplode immediately after eating. The vitamins and minerals will be digested with the food, slowing and dulling their effects.

When taken properly, you will be rearin’ and ready to race off to the gym. Seriously, it’s that good.

The bottle tells you to mix 1-3 scoops of the powder with 6-18 fl oz. of water. My first-hand recommendation is to start with just ½ scoop and see how your body reacts. When I first used the product, I took a full scoop (shortly after downing an iced coffee) and felt jittery and a bit nauseas in the gym.

The next time I took just half a scoop and the effects were still profound but much more comfortable. After using the product for several months, I still have never felt the need to take much more than once scoop.

The tub also says that the effects are strongest one to five hours after consumption. But, if you took NO Xplode on an empty stomach like I suggest, I think you will find the product to kick in within half an hour and fuel you through your entire workout. Following your workout, you should take a protein supplemen and if you desire, a creatine supplement as well.

BSN NO Xplode: Energy Boost

I used BSN NO Xplode one morning before a full day of roofing. It was the third day of a big job and getting out of bed was a challenge.

I knew I had my NO Xplode pre-workout supplement in the pantry but I generally saved it for weight training or basketball. But, that morning I needed an extra boost so I figured I’d give my favorite pre-workout supplement a try.

What a great decision! Sure I was sore but my body felt energized. Because NO Xplode helps expand your veins, it gets blood flow to the muscles quickly and effectively. While manual labor is not the product’s “intended” use, I definitely benefited from the energizing effects of the B vitamins that NO Xplode provides. Because it also contains small amounts of caffeine, I even skipped my morning cup of coffee.

Since then, I never get up on the roof without BSN NO Xplode flowing through my body. In fact, I wondered how I could ever work again without it.

Luckily, when my tub ran out and I was waiting for a refill, I didn’t have any dependence on the product. Sure I would have rather enjoyed the motivating surge of energy and power that BSN NO Xplode gives me but my body could do without.

NO Xplode doesn’t do the work for you. Instead, it gets your body ready to train itself, allowing you to push your physical limits. If and when you stop taking it, the gains are still with you, unlike many products.

Whether you are a fitness junkie, construction worker, or athlete, I highly recommend BSN NO Xplode as a pre-workout supplement.

BSN NO-Xplode Personal Review

BSN NO-Xplode is a relatively new pre-workout supplement for exercisers and athletes alike. It contains many vitamins and minerals as well as small amounts of caffeine and creatine.

I suggest NO-Xplode to anyone looking to improve their workouts with increased motivation and energy. Trust me, it really works!

In my freshman year of college, I began seeing this product popping up in dorm rooms of many of my fitness-obsessed friends (I can think of many worse obsessions one could have in college!). I began to wonder what could be so special about it, especially considering the number of expensive gimmicks available in the fitness world that do next to nothing.

One day, I tried a scoop of my friend’s fruit punch flavored NO-Xplode, bought my first tub and never looked back. Even my girlfriend loves it. She says she can hardly convince herself to exercise until the energizing effects of NO-Xplode begin flowing through her veins. Then, it’s down to business!

NO stands for nitric oxide. Nitric oxide widens blood vessels in order to increase blood and oxygen flow to muscles. As you could have guessed, this is very beneficial in exercise! It provides the “pump” that weight trainers will often refer to.

The “pump” is a combination of the visual effects of big veins and swollen muscles and the feeling of being able to blast out one last repetition. In short, you want to feel the “pump!”

In addition, NO-Xplode contains many of the B vitamins which help to stimulate the metabolism into converting food into energy. In other words, it helps your body use your food (and fat) to fuel your workout. The caffeine and creatine are in small amounts and simply help muscles to fight fatigue and also the creatine aids in recovery and muscle re-growth.

If you are looking for a true creatine supplement, Cell Mass is a product that will deliver sufficient creatine.

This website is informative in nature and not all about selling products. If you don’t think NO-Xplode is for you that is fine! Thanks for taking a minute to learn more about it. But, for anyone who would like to try this product, you can obtain a tub that will last you a few months for about forty bucks.

The company recommends 1-3 scoops before your workout but I would advise you to start with about half a scoop to see how your body reacts. I have been taking this product for over a year and I still only use about one scoop and that seems to be plenty.

Take it about thirty minutes to an hour before your workout and I guarantee you will feel more energized, motivated, and focused on your fitness goals. Once I take NO-Xplode, I feel like I am committed to working out and I cannot tell you how many times that feeling alone has gotten me off the couch and into the gym!

Bottom line...
BSN NO-Xplode is the real deal.
